When former Lehman Brothers research analyst, Monica Logani, was faced with the 2008 Financial Crisis she turned her focus to music. At the time the markets were in disarray and investor confidence was at an all time low. Instead of lamenting Monica bought a piano and enrolled in the Village East Conservatory of Music in New Jersey to pursue a lifelong dream to play by ear. That dream turned into a love for composition and eight years later she has released her debut New Age Album, Secret Garden.

Monica Logani’s music is a fusion of classically inspired piano and strings fused with vintage electric and acoustic guitar – an uncommon combination in New Age Music. The music will also appeal to World Music fans as the track “Between Two Worlds” sounds like an Indian sitar playing in concert with the piano.

Secret Garden soft released on CD Baby this week and will release on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify and other music platforms in the coming weeks.

About Monica Logani

Monica Logani classically trained in piano during her youth but didn’t come back to the instrument until well into her 30s. Her love for music theory and composition led her to write her own music and collaborate with other musicians. Secret Garden is her debut album in the New Age genre.
