Here’s another interview with keyboardist and composer Ricky Kej in connection with the recent Grammy nomination, this time from the newspaper India West.
When the Grammy Award nominations were announced Dec. 5, a perusal of the names turned up Indian American sitarist Anoushka Shankar, who earned her third nod for her latest album.

Working with South African flautist Wouter Kellerman, the Bangalore-based Kej keeps a busy schedule of international recording dates, and is an in-demand composer for the Indian TV ad industry. Kej has created the music for five feature films, 12 Universal Music albums and more than 2,000 TV commercials.
