The tragedy of the bushfires in Australia has touched most people including composers, musicians and music lovers around the world. Electronic music internet radio station RadioSpiral (UK/USA) has compiled a wonderful 19-track compilation album: Ambient Aid for Australia, with tracks kindly donated by musicians so that all the profits from this album can go to helping the World Wildlife Fund for the Australian Bushfire relief appeal.
The album also includes tracks by musicians such as Forrest Fang, Palancar, Jack Hertz, and Australian musician, Jim Ottaway, who contributed the track ‘Searching for Paradise’ which he composed and recorded specifically for this album.
