Paul says, “All of my songs are conversations with myself, stories and memories conveyed in the quiet space where only the sound of music can be heard.”

A self-taught musician and skilled composer from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Paul’s passion for creating music became a lifelong devotion to expressing himself through compositions that arose during impactful moments throughout his life. Piano is the heart of Paul’s poetic storybook of music, each piece being a chapter in the spectrum of life!

Paul’s music embodies an imaginative contemporary instrumental style with musical influences such as David Arkenstone, Pink Floyd, David Lanz, Claude Debussy and Loreena McKennitt. The essence of Paul’s music is diverse and thought-provoking, stirring the emotions and uplifting the spirit. Beautiful soothing piano solos, emotional orchestral ballads, romantic classical guitar and peaceful soundscapes were composed over 30 years, effortlessly evolving through Paul’s life story.

Paul’s debut album, The Spectrum of Life, guides the listener on an introspective journey, with each song being a different destination, a unique sound chamber, and a special connection to one’s own experience. Paul’s music has been described by his listeners as “soothing and peaceful for the soul,” placing him in genres such as Easy Listening and Neo-classical New Age.

As a professional photographer, Paul spent many gratifying years framing life, one portrait at a time. In retirement, he is devoted to the process of producing and releasing his own music. Paul’s piano solo, The Courage of Despair from his debut album The

The Spectrum of Life, delivers a touching musical tribute in support of the courageous and resilient people of Ukraine. He was inspired to create an orchestrated version of The Courage of Despair to evoke the emotion of the composition through the voice of a symphonic orchestra. The orchestral version of The Courage of Despair will be released as a single following the release of the album. Paul believes in the power of music as a universal language and a path to peace.
