Beginning with his debut album, Native Soundscapes, in 2006, Windtalker has been on a journey to redefine Native American-style flute music and bring it to a wider audience. With Earth Songs, his sixth album, he continues a musical evolution into the New Age/Ambient genre that began in 2020, with the album Awakening, and which he further explored with the award-winning CD, Wind, Water and Stone in 2022.
Earth Songs is the next step in that musical journey, combining a fluid ambient style, lush New Age orchestration, nature sounds, and an intimate, meditative mood, all the while featuring the haunting sounds of Native American-style flute.

The theme of Earth Songs, centers on the wonder, grandeur, intricacies, and harmony of nature, as well as man’s eternal connection with it. Each of the twelve songs on this album musically depicts some facet of the natural world and man’s need to embrace it, protect it, and experience it in a profound, soul nurturing way.
The songs are designed for use in meditation, spa, and yoga environments, or simply as relaxing musical background for studying or sleeping.
