New Age Music Chart – May 2022

1697

Music can take us to so many places. Looking at the New Age Music Chart for May 2022, there are plenty of destinations to choose from. Meg Bowles invites the listener on a pilgrimage and Samer Fanek on a desert adventure – and Michael Gettel takes us to solo piano heaven. Enya is always with us too, and her Dark Sky Island is still a popular place to relax and unwind.

Joseph L Young is back on the list with his 2018 album Every Moment. He has a new album coming this July called Into the Unknown. Another album that almost made the cut Kosmic T’s Rise of the New Earth. He too has a new album coming out this summer called Freedom Fire. The first single from it is now out, called Wisdom Ways, and take my word for it; it is good! Mixing Hip Hop with New Age music is actually possible.

The score is based on three factors; (1) The popularity of an artist’s tag on Newagemusic.guide, (2) the number of streams in the built-in players, and (3) the number of requests for songs from an album, to be played on New Age Stars Radio.
