Olivia Belli – Four Moons


Over seven million streams and counting, Olivia Belli is one of the most promising Italian pianist and composer in music today. On 19th 2019 she releases the EP “Four Moons”.

Olivia’s debut album ​​Where Night Never Comes was released in October 2018: that found great success atop the Modern Classical Chart on Reverbnation, and was awarded the ​​2018 SoloPiano.com‘s​ Best Album Overall​.

Now Olivia Belli is taking things up a notch by releasing an EP for piano, strings, electronics mixed with NASA space sounds/radio transmission: Four Moons celebrates and elevates what Olivia Belli did with her past releases by showcasing a new side and a new development of her composition path.

“The First Man on the Moon was one of the most important event of the past century; people from all around the world joined together to assist at it without taking care of their cultural, political, religious differences. Quoting Neil Armstrong’s words one giant leap for mankind it was able to connect people from all around the world and to exceed the space limit connecting Earth to Moon.

With this EP I celebrate the Moon -this mysterious “Lady” that keeps watch on us every night- in the four moon phases: waxing, full, waning and moonless. The warm mood of piano and strings is mixed with space sounds and space radio transmissions to create a balanced contrast between modern technology and inspirational state”.”
