Sound Polarities comes after the success of Corduba: Mitos y Leyendas (2022), a work in which TSODE rewrote the history of his city, Córdoba, and which received multiple international awards, such as the bronze medal at the Global Music Awards and awards at the Clouzine International Music Awards for “best instrumental composition” and “best recording” as well as the nomination at the Intercontinental Music Awards. This album, of great instrumental richness and compositional sensitivity, reaffirmed TSODE as one of the most respected artists in his genre and a key figure in the panorama of the so-called “other music”, with a global audience that has faithfully followed his career.
